Privacy.

When you submit a registration or interest form, North Star Life Center collects your name, email address, selected interest, consent, and submission time so the center can respond to your request. Your submission is available to the center's authorized administrator.

If you sign in with ChatGPT, the site receives a site-specific account identifier, email address, and optional display name. We use that identifier to keep your saved classes and selected class plan together in My classes. Requests made while signed in can appear in your account. Anonymous submissions are not linked to an account just because their email address matches.

We store a hash of the connection address for public forms to help limit spam. Short-lived form tokens protect those submissions. No card details, medical records, or passwords are collected by these forms. Please do not submit sensitive health information.

Saving a class to your cart or selecting a plan does not reserve a place, activate a paid class plan, or authorize a charge. Signed-in users can remove their interested classes from My classes. To request removal of stored information, use the privacy request form linked below, or speak with the center directly.

When you purchase a class or monthly plan, PayPal processes your payment details. North Star stores the order and transaction references, payment status, amount, booking date, subscription status, and class allowance linked to your signed-in account. This lets us confirm payments, manage bookings and renewals, and respond to payment questions. North Star does not store card numbers or security codes.

When you book a class or subscribe to a monthly plan, we also collect the name, class goals, and optional requests you enter in the needs form. These answers are saved with that booking or monthly plan when you continue to payment or confirm a plan or free booking, including checkouts where payment is not completed. For a combined class checkout, the answers are saved with each selected class. You can see your answers in My classes. Authorized center administrators can view them alongside your booking and payment status to prepare for your visit. These answers are not included in the payment information we send to PayPal. Please do not include medical or financial details.
